    Job Description: Sales & Business Development Manager (International Marketing)

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and establish long-term partnerships across global markets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • International Sales & Business Development:
      • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
      • Explore new business opportunities in global markets through research and networking.
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
      • Drive end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, negotiations, and deal closures.
    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and stakeholders.
      • Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, support, and conflict resolution.
      • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Sales & Marketing Execution:
      • Develop and execute international marketing campaigns.
      • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution.
      • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and business networking events to promote company products/services.

    Requirements:

    • At least 4-5 years of experience in international sales, export marketing, or global business development.
    • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and global business practices.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in international markets.
    • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
