    IZI - A consumer tech firm, pioneered consumer drone in India and aggressively expanding into various new verticals such as action cameras, gimbals and accessories to set new industry benchmarks is looking for an ambitious and energetic. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. This hybrid opportunity requires a dynamic professional with expertise in ATL-BTL Marketing, influencer marketing, PR/content marketing, experiential marketing, and a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, Google Ads, SEO, SMO, Amazon Ads

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive content and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee both ATL and BTL marketing initiatives.

    Digital Marketing: Oversee and Strategise Google Ads, SEO, and SMO campaigns to enhance online visibility and sales. Utilize in-depth knowledge of Amazon Ads to optimize marketing efforts.

    Influencer Marketing: Devise and execute impactful influencer marketing campaigns. Cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.

    PR/Content Marketing: Lead PR and content marketing efforts to enhance brand image. Craft compelling content for various channels and audiences.

    Team Management: Effectively manage both content and marketing teams, ensuring collaboration and productivity in the teams. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

    Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant tools. Implement data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in content and marketing strategy roles. Expertise in ATL-BTL Marketing, influencer marketing, PR/content marketing, OOH marketing, and digital marketing. Understanding of Google Ads, SEO, SMO, Amazon Ads, and related tools. Ability to manage and lead multiple teams.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA in disciplinary university.
    • 9-10 years of total experience. 7-8 years of relevant experience.
    • Demonstrated success in managing teams and driving results.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly Creative and out-of-the-box thinking
