    Position: Tele Sales Executive

    Job Profile: Frenchies Sale of London Coffee

    Qualification: 10+2 with good commination and Fluent in Hindi

    Salary: 15k 25k, Salary Not Deduction, Above 25k salary will deduct according to target

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various sources, including leads provided by the company, referrals, and networking.
    2. Customer Needs Assessment: Understand the insurance needs of potential clients through detailed conversations and analysis.
    3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the insurance policies and coverage options offered by the company.
    4. Consultative Sales: Educate clients on different insurance options, provide expert advice, and tailor insurance solutions to match their specific needs.
    5. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and informative sales presentations to potential clients.
    6. Objection Handling: Address client concerns, objections, and questions with confidence and professionalism.
    7. Quoting and Proposals: Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals, explaining policy terms and benefits.
    8. Closing Sales: Skillfully guide clients through the insurance purchase process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
    9. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain contact with clients, providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and addressing any changes in their insurance needs.
    10. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with industry regulations.
    11. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Requirements:

    1. Previous Sales Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field is preferred but not required. Willing to train motivated candidates.
    2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex insurance information in an understandable manner.
    3. Sales Skills: Effective sales techniques, including prospecting, objection handling, and closing deals.
    4. Product Knowledge: Willingness and ability to learn and understand various insurance products and policies.
    5. Licensing: The candidate should acquire or possess the necessary insurance licensing (or be willing to obtain it).
    6. Results-Oriented: Motivated by meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives.
    7. Customer-Centric: A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
    8. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and relevant sales tools is a plus.
    9. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
