About theRoleWe arelooking for passionate folks to join our team as Student Coaches.
Leverage Edu Coaches are studentfirst mentors responsible formaintaining relationships with the students throughout theiradmission process.

They are expected to assist students throughouttheir study abroad journey from shortlisting the rightfit coursesand universities to ensuring their successful admission andenrolment.

Thestudent coach serves as the primary contact for the student and isresponsible for student satisfaction and overall student happiness.
She/he is expected to consistently provide excellent service tostudents and represent student needs and goals within theorganization.

Noida

Whatwill you do Takecomplete ownership for a group of students including course andcountry evaluationonboarding detailed counselling regular followupsand manage the overall responsibility of the studentsassigned Develop adeep understanding of the university admissions process applicationand intake cycle.

Create a trusted relationship with students virtually as theirCoach for any guidance related to University admissions andcatering to their preliminary eligibility(GREGMAT) and languageskills(IELTSTOEFL etc.) aswell Review theprogress of every student application on an ongoing basis tounderstand the current level of performance and the perform thebottleneck check with differentteams.

Buildcrossdiscipline relationships in the organisation partneringclosely with the Growth team Student Counsellors Key AccountManagersLoan counsellors Test prep and other support functionswhile providing feedback andinsights.

Executethe Postoffer management process alongside the deposits and ensuretimely coordination with the Visateamand theInternationaloffice Implementthe nuance of sale strategies and ensure that the number of targetsare met throughout the intakecycles.

What willyou need Priorexperience in edtech ispreferable Minimumof 2 to 5 years ofexperienceExemplary sales and negotiation skills while having a studentfirstapproach.

Possessstrong researchskills Ability topresent persuadeandcommunicateeffectively oral andwritten.
Comfortable juggling multiple projectsandworking on tightdeadlines.
