Summary:

This position is primarily focused on technical changes, development, reporting and analytics in Oracle Fusion. This position is involved in the development of Reporting using a variety of different data sources. He/ She will manage al kind of Integration done or required to enable digital interface with Oracle Fusion. This position will also partner with HR team to help and resolve system related questions.

Essential Functions:

• Provide technical expertise on Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle OTBI reporting.
• Expertise in setting up APIs and OIC tool
• Convert Reporting requirements into meaningful reports using Oracle BI Publisher with data models, Templates etc. and expert in Oracle OTBI reporting using functional subject areas.
• Work closely with internal and external partners to gather requirements and design complex integration solutions and BI Publisher reports.
• Develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource, staff, management, and other key stakeholders.
• Partner with HR peers to resolve issues.
• Ensure data integrity including audit of data and processes.

· Understands functional HR processes within a regional/global scope.

· Assist in configuring systems in support of ongoing projects and enhancements.

· Analyzes business processes and provides guidance relative to technology enhancements and efficiencies.

• Provides technical advice and education to functional partners.
• Provide support with troubleshooting and issue resolution pertaining to HR systems.

· Maintains capabilities of current HR system platforms in alignment with business needs.

• Maintains internal database records, files, and tables as needed
• Additional duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

· Required | Bachelor's degree of Science

· Required | Minimum of 4-7 years' Experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL Coding

· Required | Experience with Oracle BI Publisher reporting in OTBI, Oracle OTBI reporting etc.

Experience Requirements:

• Required | Expertise in building APIs
• Required | Exposure in writing Fast Formulas
• Required | Expert in Oracle BI/XML Publisher reporting and Oracle OTBI Reporting
• Required | Experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL Coding
• Required | Experience in Data models/Template Based reporting for Oracle BI Publisher
• Preferred | Experience with Oracle Applications like Oracle HCM Cloud or equivalent
