- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
- Prepare and update job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment-related materials
- Assist in onboarding processes and conduct new employee orientations
- Handle HR payroll activities, including processing and managing employee salaries, leaves, and benefits
- Support HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records, files, and databases
- Assist with employee relations matters, including resolving employee grievances and conflicts
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development initiatives
