    We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Business Analyst to join our team.

    About The Role

    This individual will be working closely with sales teams, responsible for doing in-depth research of customers and participate in discovery calls to build solution proposals.

    • Engage with customers to uncover pain points and business needs, incorporating feedback to refine impactful solutions.
    • Leverage deep product understanding to propose tailored, outcome-driven solutions that address customer challenges and deliver measurable value.
    • Work with O&I teams to design and present optimal solutions aligned with customer needs
    • Document requirements and create clear diagrams to support actionable solution proposals
    • Conduct analyses to identify gaps, assess feasibility, and define implementable solutions
    • Craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client-specific goals
    • Drive pre-sales success by developing and presenting solutions while managing stakeholder engagement
    • Ensure seamless project coordination and timely delivery by aligning with customer expectations
    • Maintain precise and updated documentation to support workflows, releases, and training

    Qualifications And Skills

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Applications, Software Engineering, or related fields
    • Experience: 8+ years of experience in business analysis, pre-sales, or similar consulting roles
    • Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process diagrams, and release documentation
    • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and process improvement

    Good to Have

    • Proficient in understanding product life-cycle, sales cycle management and customer onboarding processes
    • Prior experience working on messaging platforms and CPaaS domain would be a plus
