ServiceNow Developer Job Description

We are seeking skilled ServiceNow Developers to join our team at Black Box. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and experience working within large enterprises on implementation initiatives.

About the Role:

Broad IT experience of working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives.
Experience in configuring ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, HR, and SecOps.
Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules and 3rd party integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and implement ServiceNow modules.
Develop solutions in ServiceNow.
Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on user experiences.
Work towards extending ServiceNow to different geographies and departments.
Provide ServiceNow support and integration services.

Requirements:

Total Experience: 5+ years.
Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules and 3rd party integrations.
A fundamental understanding of ITSM and ITIL.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
Very good verbal and written English communication skills.

Technical Skills:

Scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs).
Client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs.
Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, and Jelly.
SOAP, REST, SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.
