The Role:

We are seeking a skilled CG Generalist to work on localization and versioning projects using Cinema 4D.

Key Responsibilities:

Adapt CGI content from source masters or builds to produce multiple language versions and multiple aspect ratio deliverables.
Create, amend, remove, recreate, and realign graphical 3D elements, texts, logos, photorealistic designs, product packs, textures, backgrounds, etc., as per the brief.
Build scenes and render out passes for the image compositors as per the brief given by the producers.
Share information on errors, missing assets, mistakes in briefs, etc., as constructive feedback with all levels of the team, onsite, agency, and client.
Learn and follow brand guidelines and client-specific information to use logos, fonts, and colors appropriately on projects.
Learn and follow rules of clearance agencies and certification boards to ensure every project is built in appropriate specifications to successfully pass required clearances and certifications as per destination country or province.
Ensure every project is built in appropriate delivery specifications as per broadcast, theatrical, and streaming platforms following right cultural standards and legal compliances as per destination country or province.
Manage consolidation and archival of projects after completion and advise better process methods based on project learnings.
Ensure adherence to workflow and contribute ideas to make it better.
Follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and neat organization of multiple unique assets creating multiple versions across multiple languages delivering to multiple destinations.

Requirements:

CG Generalist with deep expertise in at least two of the following 3D CGI skillsets and basic skill coverage across others: Modelling, Texturing, Rigging, Animation, Shading, Rendering, Dynamics, and Effects.
Hands-on experience working on Trailers, Promos, Advertisements, and other short-form works.
Expert skills and practice to work using Cinema 4D, After Effects, and Photoshop. Basic experience using software like 3DS Max, Maya, ZBrush, and Nuke.
Well-experienced in using rendering engines like VRay, Redshift, Octane, etc.
Basic understanding of Adobe software packages like Illustrator, InDesign, and Animate, Acrobat Pro, etc.
Experience working on projects briefed by international account managers or producers from different geographical locations with minimal back-and-forth interactions.
Good technical knowledge of industry standards and specifications covering formats, codecs, aspect ratios, fps, title safety, statutory warnings, etc.
Experience in working on projects delivering to Broadcasting stations and OTT platforms for international agencies, clients, and post houses.
Good understanding of Windows and Mac OS and standard desktop applications.
Good experience in handling MS Office applications and Video Conferencing applications.
Professional English language, excellent interpersonal skills, and a Can-Do attitude.
Strong eye for detail is important for producing multiple outputs with minor but critical changes unique to every single version.
