    1. Responsible forcoordinating with Corporate HR and Divisional / Unit offices foreffective execution of HR initiatives as per plan and timelines andbe the custodian of these initiatives in the Division /Unit

    2. Handle hiring processes and activitiesat the Division / Unit for closure of open / vacant / replacement /new positions as per procedures

    3. Assist incoordinating for training program and L&D initiatives asper training plan and schedule

    4. Coordinate forexecution of PMS processes and activities ensuring adherence totimelines andprocedures
