- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM customization and configuration
- Design, develop, and implement customizations, enhancements, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Proven experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including CRM configuration, customization, and development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL for CRM customization and development
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts & Experience with CRM integration tools
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) are preferred.
