Reporting To: Sales Vertical Head
Location: Gandhidham
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: As per Industry Standards + Incentives
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive, or Territory Manager to join our leading Adhesive Tape Manufacturing Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Experience in industrial or B2B sales, particularly in packaging or adhesive products, will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and retail sectors
- Expand distribution network by appointing new distributors and dealers
- Develop strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and end users
- Provide regular follow-ups and after-sales support
- Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare sales forecasts and territory plans
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where required
Market Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and potential growth areas
Commercial Activities
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Provide technical knowledge about product applications and performance
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Vertical Head
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales
- Experience in adhesives, packaging materials, industrial products, or FMCG preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
