    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing performance-driven campaigns across various digital channels to achieve measurable results, drive conversions, and maximize ROI.
    This job includes retargeting marketing including Whats App marketing. Meta and Google marketing experience is preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1.

    Campaign Strategy and Execution:
    o   Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.).
    o   Manage end-to-end paid marketing campaigns, including setup, optimization, and performance tracking.

    2.

    Budget Management:
    o   Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
    o   Monitor campaign spending and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.

    3.

    Performance Analysis:
    o   Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.).
    o   Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, insights, and areas of improvement.

    4.

    A/B Testing:
    o   Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.

    5.

    Audience Targeting:
    o   Build and refine target audience profiles based on research, insights, and data.
    o   Implement advanced targeting techniques like remarketing and lookalike audiences.

    6.

    Collaboration:
    o   Work closely with design, content, and development teams to create high-performing creatives and landing pages.
    o   Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing platforms.

    7.

    SEO/SEM Integration:
    o   Collaborate with the SEO team to align campaigns with organic strategies.
    o   Ensure proper keyword research, bidding, and quality score optimization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising (minimum 2-4 years).
    • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
    • Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hub Spot, etc.).
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
    • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo).
    • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms and retargeting strategies.
