About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Call Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive inbound and outbound call strategies aligned with sales objectives and target markets
2. Call Management: Oversee day-to-day call operations, including call handling procedures, staff training, and resource allocation
3. Ensure that calls are answered promptly and professionally, and customer inquiries are resolved effectively
4. Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze call data, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement
5. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in call handling procedures and sales workflows
6. Quality Assurance: Establish quality assurance protocols to ensure consistency and professionalism in all customer interactions
7. Monitor calls, provide feedback to staff, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain service excellence
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
2. Proven experience in sales management, business development, or call center management
3. Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and call center operations
