The idealcandidate will be responsible for planning implementing andanalyzing paid advertising strategies to maximize ROI.

*Responsibilities:

*1. *Campaign Management: Plan execute andoptimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms(Google Ads Facebook LinkedIn etc.).
Set up and managead accounts ensuring alignment with business goals.2. *Keyword Research:
Conduct thoroughkeyword research to identify highperforming keywords for optimalcampaign targeting. 3. *Ad CopyCreation:
Develop compelling ad copy and creatives thatresonate with the target audience. 4.*Budget Management:
Monitor and manage advertisingbudgets effectively ensuring costefficiency andperformance. 5. *A/B Testing:
Implement and analyze A/B testing to optimize ad performance andenhance conversion rates. 6. *Analytics andReporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track measure andreport on campaign performance.
Provide insights andrecommendations for continuous improvement.7. *Stay Updated:
Stay abreast of industrytrends and platform updates applying new features to enhancecampaigns.

*Qualifications:

*1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising or arelated field. 2. Minimum of 3 years ofhandson experience in managing paid advertisingcampaigns. 3. Proficient in platforms suchas Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads etc.4. Strong analytical skills with the ability tointerpret data and draw actionable insights.5.
