This is a key role for an individual with experience in student placement and recruitment.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to students throughout the placement process, helping them develop essential skills and build strong relationships with recruiters and employers.
• Campus Engagement: Collaborate with educational institutions and student organizations to promote job opportunities and increase student participation in the placement program.
• Placement Coordination: Facilitate communication between students and recruiters, ensuring successful job placements and providing valuable feedback to students.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of student profiles, applications, and placement status in our system, utilizing industry-standard tools and technology.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on placement outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to leadership to inform future initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in student placement, campus recruitment, career counseling, or talent acquisition, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering results.
• Skills: Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and utilize MS Office, Google Workspace, and student/candidate management systems.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, with previous experience working with educational institutions, student services, or campus placement cells being a plus.
