    Responsibilities:

    • Act GT INDUS lead to support Project Management tasks throughout the engagement life cycle
    - analysis and design, tax configurations, testing and troubleshooting of tax configurations, support defects and issues raised, Go Live and hypercare support
    - responsible for own tasks as well as team tasks, and take ownership for providing top quality client deliverables

    • Application Maintenance Support (AMS) engagements, be responsible for troubleshooting various functional issues (Tax Engine issues or Integration issues) and providing efficient solutions as well as timely status reports to clients
    - to multi-task in order to support multiple client engagements
    - to communicate confidently and collaborate efficiently with both GT US and clients and prepare status report on assigned tasks
    - and manage team utilization, training and firm compliance goals
    - team performance, including retaining top performers and taking action against low performers

    Desired Skills/Experience.

    • 8+ years of Technology Consulting experience and specifically 6+ years of experience in implementation/Support of Tax Automation projects. years of experience in Implementation/Support of Tax technology projects with SAP ERP or Oracle Integration.
    • Proficient in project management methodologies for implementation engagement life cycle


    • Tax Engine Certified

    • Vertex SUT / VAT or ONESOURCE Determination (Sabrix)
    • Proficient in Tax Engine Integration with either of the following Technology platforms:
    • Oracle EBS R12 / Oracle ERP Cloud
    • SAP S/4HANA / SAP ECC / SAP Ariba
    • Proficient in Sales and Use Tax concepts, VAT / Goods & Services Tax
    • Proficient in OrdertoCash and ProcuretoPay processes
