As a Wedding Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling wedding packages and coordinating all aspects of the wedding planning process. This is a full-time position based in Vikhroli, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on wedding planning and coordination.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the wedding industry
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
    • Strong knowledge of sales processes and sales management techniques
    • Familiarity with wedding planning and coordinating
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple weddings simultaneously
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Sell wedding packages and services to prospective clients
    • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the wedding planning process, including venue selection, catering, decorations, entertainment, and transportation
    • Develop and maintain relationships with wedding vendors and suppliers
    • Create and present wedding proposals to clients, ensuring all details and requirements are addressed
