    About the role

    We have an exciting role of Senior Web Developer to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

    This is an exciting role and would entail you to

    • Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
    • Full-stack Development: Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from conceptualization and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment.
    • Web Development: Design and develop user-centered web applications using a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and tools, with a focus on delivering responsive, high-performance, and visually appealing interfaces.
    • Architecture and Scalability: Design and implement scalable and maintainable, responsive web architectures that can accommodate future growth and evolving requirements.
    • Code Quality: Champion best practices in coding standards, code reviews, version control, and continuous integration to ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust, and maintainable code.
    • Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical challenges, propose innovative solutions, and troubleshoot issues as they arise, maintaining the functionality and performance of existing applications.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to transform requirements into functional and technical specifications.
    • Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending their incorporation into projects when appropriate.
    • Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in web applications, optimizing for speed and efficiency.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, code comments, and user guides, to facilitate seamless knowledge sharing.

    This may be the right role for you if you have

    • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 5-7 years of proven web development experience, showcasing a strong portfolio of projects that highlight your technical proficiency and creativity.
    • Expertise in programming languages, frameworks, libraries, [e.g., HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue, ].
    • Expertise leveraging high-fidelity designs from applications such Figma and Sketch
    • In-depth understanding of web protocols, security practices, and cross-browser compatibility.
    • Experience with database systems, and proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries.
    • Strong familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies and languages
    • Leadership and mentorship experience, guiding junior developers and promoting a positive team culture.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
