Job Role - SENIOR US IT BENCH SALES RECRUITER

Mode Of Work: Work From Office

Experience: 1 - 6Years

Location: Vijayawada

Shift Timings: (8PM - 5AM IST) Night Shifts

Working Days: Monday - Friday (ONSITE)

Kindly Check the Roles and Responsibilities of US Bench Sales Recruiter :

• Responsible for full cycle of Recruiting and Bench marketing activities.
• Possess knowledge of sales and recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations and closing.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal..
• Maintain and building the vendor contacts.
• Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
• Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
• Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
• Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
• Publish progress report to management every week.
• Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience level should be range between 1-5 years in the industry.
• Candidates should have good communication skills and computer knowledge.
• Candidates should have strong analytical and thinking skills.
• Basics in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook preferred
• Must be a good team player and result driven.
• Good verbal and written skills.
