    You will work closely with Client Success teams to provide Tier-2 support for software technical issues. You will collaborate with the Engineering department to debug and resolve these issues.

    • Provide technical assistance to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.
    • Communicate and coordinate feedback and inputs from the development team based in India.
