    EXPERIENCE

    Duties you'll be entrusted with:

    Required skills:

    • Responsible for service activities like installation & commissioning, Repair & Maintenance
    • of all Gravotech products.
    • Addressing & closing customer complaints within assigned lead time.
    • Documentation, report preparation and keeping records for each service activity.
    • CRM tool updates (ACT) for customer complaints and projects and services given.
    • Follow up pending payments.
    • Addition of new customers and AMC for profitable business.
    • Support to Integrators, channel partners for marking machine communication.
    • Machine function & communication check for all incoming machines jointly with logistics.
    • Laser machine assembly and troubleshooting.
    • Coordination with Sales and Service admin team for demo machine support.
    • Monthly reports to management.

    Expectations from you:

    Basic Requirements

    • Diploma/ B.E. (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / E&TC)
    • Knowledge of IT tools (Office suite, CRM, ERP, CAD/CAD software)
    • Knowledge in mechanics and automation / electric.
    • Good communication, negotiation & Result orientation skills.
    • Technical, Logical, analytical & problem solving approach.
    • Result orientation & Perseverance.
    • Team player, Matrix working & customer centricity.
