- Responsible for service activities like installation & commissioning, Repair & Maintenance
- of all Gravotech products.
- Addressing & closing customer complaints within assigned lead time.
- Documentation, report preparation and keeping records for each service activity.
- CRM tool updates (ACT) for customer complaints and projects and services given.
- Follow up pending payments.
- Addition of new customers and AMC for profitable business.
- Support to Integrators, channel partners for marking machine communication.
- Machine function & communication check for all incoming machines jointly with logistics.
- Laser machine assembly and troubleshooting.
- Coordination with Sales and Service admin team for demo machine support.
- Monthly reports to management.
- Diploma/ B.E. (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / E&TC)
- Knowledge of IT tools (Office suite, CRM, ERP, CAD/CAD software)
- Knowledge in mechanics and automation / electric.
- Good communication, negotiation & Result orientation skills.
