We're seeking an experienced Sr. Manager Direct Sourcing to lead our end-to-end direct sourcing operations.This role will oversee customs clearance and statutory compliance at ports CHAs tank farms refineries conduct supplier identification evaluation onboarding contract negotiations manage intransit loss control safety stocks supplier shareofbusiness allocation drive trend analysis demand planning adherence stock norms monitor base oil TGU pricing verify rates manage cost deviation approvals collaborate costing technical teams pricing trends formulations procurement decisions renew transportation contracts zero demurrage identify costsaving opportunities drive implementation optimize plant port tank capacities ensure uninterrupted production timely raw material availability lead supplier RCA follow-ups corrective actions closure complaints ensure raw material readiness new product launches define monitor vendor performance monthly resolve vendor grievances billing issues timely contract renewals ensure full adherence functional statutory BCC compliance requirements maintain departmental documentation IATF face audits publish procurement MIS support monthly reviews guide empower team members achieve functional goals provide onthejob training assign tasks skill enhancement.
