    Location: Mumbai

    Years of experience: 15+ years

    Educational Qualification: B.E/ B. Tech

    Main Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountabilities Requirements, Skills & Competencies:

    Requirements :

    20+ years of experience in supply chain management for electrical goods companies
    - Experience in running end-to-end business verticals and managing large teams

    - Proven track record of implementing successful change/transformation with positive results

    - Strong relationships with key players in the service provider/vendor networks (logistics, warehousing, etc.)

    - Prior experience in wires and cables industry and/or management consulting is preferred

    Skills :

    - Ability to drive systemic change through departments and organizations

    - Strong interpersonal skills - should successfully coordinate among all major stakeholders in course of regular work and improvement projects Decisions to be taken to Manager

    - Cost/ Capex related approvals , New site / Vendor approvals , People approval
