    Description

    Role : Project Manager - PMO Team NBFC, Digital Lending

    Location : Gurgaon (WFO)

    Notice period : 15-30 days

    Exp : 6-8 yrs

    CTC : Max 25 LPA

    We're in search of an adept Project Manager to join our dynamic PMO (Project Management Office) team. The ideal candidate will bring 6-8 years of hands-on experience in technical project management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

    Responsibilities :

    • Project Manager - PMO Team
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules.
    • Identify and address project risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.
    • Foster clear communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and team members.
    • Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and specifications.
    • Regularly update stakeholders on project status and escalate issues as necessary.
    • Manage project change requests and scope changes, meticulously documenting and obtaining approvals.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, spanning business/sales, operations, strategy, IT developers, testers, and infrastructure teams.
    • Uphold compliance with NBFC/credit/lending project management methodologies and standards.
    • Mentor and coach project team members, elevating their project management skills.
    • Prepare documentation for Operation Risk Committee and Steering Committees to inform decisions on process finalization, cost approvals, and product launches.
    • Review use cases and technical documents with IT project staff to ensure alignment with business requirements.
    Specific Skill Set :
    • Banking/NBFC or Payment services exposure with a proven track record as a Project Manager.
    • Profound process and business knowledge in credit/lending.
    • Familiarity with User Journey and Platform Integrations.
    • In-depth understanding of RBI regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Knowledgeable about End Processes related to the Life Cycle Management of lending/credit business.
    • Experience in digitizing manual processes and migrating them into digital platforms.
    • Expertise in lending onboarding and disbursal processes, KYC processes, and the latest digital technologies.
    • Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing and leading testing teams.
    • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA boards/Confluence; PMP Certification is an added advantage.
    Requirements :
    • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Engineering; MBA/CA/CS is a plus.
    • PMP or other project management certification/Project Management Advanced Degree is advantageous.
    • Strong knowledge of API Management and SDK/API-based integrations.
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills necessary for managing multiple factors simultaneously.
