    Experience Level : 3-5 Years

    Job Title : IT Recruiter

    Location : Pune, Viman Nagar ( Work from office )

    • Well versed with end to end IT recruitment life cycle, should have exposure in IT hiring.
    • Must have experience in working for all latest IT Technology hiring.
    • Should have worked for Engineering, Auutomotive hiring.
    • Well versed with different searches and should have understanding about various Job Portals and social media for sourcing, must be aware about basic searches in portals .
    • Should have exposure in using LinkedIn for Job posting, Sourcing, Head hunting etc.
    • Develop pro-active recruitment strategies and initiatives to meet ongoing hiring needs.
    • Build and maintain a network of contacts to ensure a pipeline of talent is readily available.
    • Understand and be able to utilize various forms of social media and internet resume mining.
    • Manage and continuously improve the hiring as per the client requirement, attending meeting & calls with hiring manager's to understand the JD.
    • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
    • Maintaining candidate databases – MIS, Passionate about recruitment
