You willbe responsible for designing and implementing smart contractsolutions that are secure efficient and scalable working closelywith crossfunctional teams to integrate blockchain technologiesinto our products andservices.
KeyResponsibilities:

• Leadthe design development and deployment of smart contracts forvarious blockchain platforms ensuring best practices in securityscalability and efficiency.
• Architect anddevelop decentralized applications (DApps) that interact with smartcontracts providing technical leadership and guidance throughoutthe development process.
• Conduct thoroughtesting and auditing of smart contracts to identify and mitigatesecurity risks optimizing for performance and gasefficiency.
• Stay abreast of the latestdevelopments in blockchain technology smart contract standards andcryptographic protocols integrating cuttingedge features andimprovements into our projects.
• Collaboratewith product managers UX/UI designers and other stakeholders tounderstand business requirements and translate them into technicalspecifications.
• Mentor junior developers andcontribute to the teams growth by sharing knowledge conducting codereviews and promoting best practices in smart contractdevelopment.
• Lead the exploration andimplementation of blockchain solutions that can enhance privacyscalability and interoperability of ourapplications.
• Document development processesarchitecture decisions and smart contract functionalities ensuringclarity and compliance with industrystandards.

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelorsor Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
• At least 5 years ofexperience in software development with a minimum of 3 yearsfocused on smart contract development and blockchaintechnologies.
• Proficiencyin Solidity and experience with other smart contract languages suchas Vyper orChaincode.
• Strongunderstanding of Ethereum Binance Smart Chain and other blockchainplatforms with handson experience deploying DApps and smartcontracts.
• Familiarity withsmart contract development tools and blockchain testingframeworks.
• Indepth knowledge of cryptographicprinciples consensus algorithms and blockchain securitypractices.
• Experience with frontend developmentframeworks and integrating web3 technologies is aplus.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with theability to think strategically and innovate in a fastpacedenvironment.
• Strong leadership andcommunication skills capable of mentoring team members andcollaborating effectively with internal and externalstakeholders.
