- Identify business opportunities and target markets, generating leads
- Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with clients
- Identify, managing and interpreting customer requirements & technical needs.
- Understand the client's concern, requirement in detail & offer the most suitable & optimized solution
- Provide technical support & services to clients regarding the use & operations of the equipment
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and closing sales, by agreeing with terms and conditions
- Ensure commercial submissions of tenders are fully complied with all necessary details
- Plan for procurement of resources, MIS reporting, client and subcontractor billing, estimation and costing
- Must have knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, AUTOCAD
- All in house coordination for preparation of bid including followup, collection of input from various vendors
- Clear Understanding of work scope estimation with respect to the project planning & execution
- Scrutiny & review of order specifications, drawings and schedules to ensure its completeness
- Meeting sales targets
