  • Job Requirement :

  • 5-8 years of ServiceNow Development Experience.
  • Design and deliver consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
  • Design, configure, develop, and test on the ServiceNow platform including but not limited to the CMS, Service Request (creating catalog items and workflow), Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
  • Good platform knowledge on Business rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Workflows, etc.
  • Ability to support the team responsible for the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow platform, including managing system configurations, gathering and documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and performing quality, assurance testing and user acceptance testing
  • Responsible for leveraging knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end methodologies within ServiceNow which includes architecting technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, organizing and prioritizing development effort, interfacing with vendors and management.
  • Must possess the technical/functional skills necessary to make an impact on both managed services and consulting project engagements
  • Excellent client facing and communication skills (verbal and written skills)
  • Familiarity and experience working in an agile development environment
  • Good understanding of JavaScript and Web Services

    Required Knowledge/Skills:

  • Design and develop new ServiceNow workflows and processes
  • Develop & customize ServiceNow product using technologies JavaScript, Jelly, web services including MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Web Development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
  • Develop custom Service portal pages/widgets to support the Business Organization
  • Proven ability to configure ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, advanced UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes and UI Scripts to fulfill requirements, including knowledge of and experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5
  • Proven experience in integration of ServiceNow with other IT applications using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Requirement gathering for new features and enhancements.
  • Implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow modules.
  • Integrating ServiceNow with other tools
  • Design and execute POCs
  • Contribute to practice development/re-invest activities
  • Maintain open & effective communication channels between the offshore & onshore team
  • Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • AngularJS and any other scripting language
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM/HR/GRC/ITOM/SecOps/PPM/VR
