    Operational Overview:

    • Ensures Employee Facilities meet Hyatt International standards.
    • Conducts interviews and coordinates recruitment activities with Heads of Department.
    • Assists in internal transfers.
    • Supports Security Manager in locker and first aid box inspections.
    • Oversees the hotel's recruitment and selection process, providing effective and efficient solutions to Division and Department Heads.
    • Ensures employees follow all hotel, company, and local rules, policies, and regulations related to fire and hazard safety, and security.
    • Knowledgeable in statutory legislation regarding employee and industrial relations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Ensure Employee Facilities are maintained to a high standard.

    - Coordinate recruitment activities with relevant department heads.

    - Assist in administering internal transfers.

    - Support the Security Manager during locker and first aid box inspections.

    - Oversee the hotel's recruitment and selection process.
