We cater to end-to-end conferences concerning solutions pan India basis. We consult, collaborate and communicate with associations, societies and organisations to define and deliver tailor made conference management solutions.
Ø Full Time Job from Office located at Kohinoor Square, Dadar, Shivaji Park., Mumbai
Ø We work 6 days a week from the office & our timings are 9.30 am to 6.00 pm.
Mandatory Criteria:

(A) Position: Associate Director Back Office & Events:
Responsibilities: -
• Consistently offer professional, engaging and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues.
• To manage and effectively run the Conference Services activities of the Organisation
• Continued development of strategic action plans to enhance the operation of the Conference
• Monitor revenue and costs of the department and assist in the development of strategies to maximize shareholder return.
• Continual review and analysis of conferences guidelines, core standards, procedures & policies.
• Conduct ROI analysis to ensure effective allocation of organisation funds and staffing resources to achieve business objectives.
• Maximize revenue by upselling and managing clients' budgets effectively.
• Manage all aspects of these events and act as onsite manager to ensure meetings are delivered effectively and professionally.
• Proper know-how of making powerpoint presentations so as to make the pitch presentation based on the project requirements
• Manage and coordinate with entire team of respective project
• Maintaining and drawing up of timelines for your projects
• One point of contact to the client and conference team
• Resolve client conflicts and handle escalation procedures
• Planning and preparing an event checklist based on the elements finalized by the client
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Coordination with events & backend team
• Establish and maintain rapport with clients, prior to, during and post conference, exceeding their expectations and encouraging repeat business.
• Promote and support the professional development of all members of the Conference Services
· Understanding of event production details & timelines
· Venue coordination and management
· Conference Trade layout planning and marking for client and participating companies
• Basic technical knowledge of registration software's, backend training
Requirements: -
-Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments concurrently
-Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize while on tight deadlines
-Must be extremely detail oriented.
-The ability to work well in a fast paced event environment.
-Effectively and efficiently work both independently and collectively as a team when needed
