Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise overall functioning and administration of the boys' hostel.
• Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all hostel residents.
• Maintain discipline, resolve conflicts, and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
• Monitor student attendance, in/out timings, and curfews.
• Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel premises and rooms.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, catering, and maintenance staff.
• Maintain records of students, complaints, visitors, and inventories.
• Be available on call for emergencies or student-related issues 24/7 (if residential).
• Liaise with parents/guardians when required.
• Support students' personal development, mental well-being, and discipline.
• Conduct periodic room inspections and surprise checks.
• Assist in organizing hostel activities and cultural events.
• Report major issues to management or relevant authorities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Education preferred).
• Prior experience (2+ years) as a warden or in a supervisory role in a hostel or residential institution.

• Should be physically fit and mentally strong to handle young students and stressful situations.
