About the role:

Lead cross-functional technical teams across deep learning, machine learning, distributed systems, program management, app engineering and product teams while working on all aspects of design, development and delivery of machine learning enabled end-to-end pipelines and solutions.

Design and architect microservices to support the full Machine learning Lifecycle right from Development to DeploymentBuild scalable micro services architectures than can handle high volume data requests and high concurrencyArchitect solutions for High Availability, Low Latency and High Throughput.

Improve system reliability-Troubleshoot and investigate any identified issuesBuild and perfect test cases to introduce highly reliable and scalable application platformsWriting high-performance, reliable and maintainable code.

Interface with various interactive services and clients including web and mobile applicationsDesired Skills and Experience:

• 6 years' experience server-side/back-end full cycle product development in a production environment in PythonHands on experience in building microservices based Data Products, Data Pipeline design, Event driven Programming, and in design and deployment of ML Algorithms in ProductionCore experience as a Lead engineer in Data Oriented Product Platform in a Core Backend Role.

Excellent programming skills in Python, a good understanding in Go is a plus.

Experience in Statistics, Data Mining, hypothesis validation, Data Science and Design of AlgorithmsUnderstanding of ML/AI Pipeline & Development life-cycle & tools, MLOps KnowledgeExposure to Front end frameworks like React, Angular , Vue js having led teams and built applicationsExperience in Test driven DevelopmentExpert knowledge of building and maintaining in Production, large scale micro services-based applicationsProficient with SQL, RDBMS such as Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle and/or experience with NoSQL DBMSs such as MongodbHands on experience in python server frameworks like Flask, FastAPIFamiliarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.

SQLAlchemyExperience in cloud - AWS/Azure/Google is preferredUnderstanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
Strong unit test and debugging skills.
Good understanding of Big Data Stack technologies such as Apache Spark, pyspark API.Experience in working with Event driven architectures, Streaming data and technologies such as Apache Kafka, Apache Nifi etcLeveraging DFR for software, Agile and Lean software development methodologies to drive reliability upstream into the product development life cycleStrong trouble-shooting skills that span systems(Linux), network, and applicationBasic knowledge of version control (GIT) and Dev opsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fieldHigh integrity, and great hunger to learn and develop as a software engineer
