This role comprises 80% Sales and 20% Operations

*Roles and Responsibilities-

LEAD GENERATION VIA MARKETING

Generating Fresh Leads through:

Offline/Outdoor Marketing (BTL activities, Event marketing, Conducting Seminars in School, Colleges etc)

Online marketing- Social Media Management.

Organizing various promotional activities to ensure business visibility.

LEAD CONVERSION & SALES TARGET

Compulsory achievement of Sales Targets to ensure business growth and development through:

Counselling the leads regarding various courses in the VLCC education curriculum to generate admissions.

Counselling through Tele-calling.

Counselling the walk-ins.

Lead follow-up and optimum conversion.

Handling online and offline enquiries of students and converting them.

INSTITUTE MANAGEMENT & DAILY TASKS

Ensure smooth functioning through:

Team Management, Coordination and Motivation.

Ensuring company's Standards of Operation and monthly Product Audits.

Ensuring maximum student satisfaction to promote referrals and upgradations.

Daily and regular class inspections.

Ensuring zero product wastage and proper functioning by faculties.

Daily team meetings and subsequent follow ups.

Daily reporting to business partner regarding sales and operations.

Maintaining Institute Cleanliness and Discipline.

*Desired Candidate Profile

Relevant Sales Experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent convincing power.

Candidate must be humble, passionate and enthusiastic for work.

Good computer skills.

*Salary Bracket

Salary solely depends on the work experience of the candidate.

The range is 4 LPA - 6 LPA.
