- Interfacing between design and release engineers, attribute engineers and test engineers
- Produce durability load data to perform finite element durability analysis for vehicle component design and analyse engineering data such as weights, geometry, bushing rates as well as road load data
- Build or modify multi-body dynamics models, including full vehicle and suspension models
- Create durability bench tests and run durability models including full vehicle, half suspension and powertrain
- Signal processing and review measured road load data. Develop data including statistics, values, histograms, load comparisons and damage
- Carry out fatigue calculations on vehicle components using road load data and produce component loads, powertrain loads and attachment loads.
