    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Junior Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional to join our team at Boxxcut. As a CRM, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our relationships with customers. This is a full-time position located in Delhi, Delhi, India, and the ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customersP
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
    • Knowledge of the Printing and Packaging industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
    • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
    • Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
    • Provide sales support by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive measures to address any issues
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
    • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system
    • Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies and initiatives
