The role is based in Mumbai & candidate must be having expertise in the areas of - Hiring, compensation negotiation, Stakeholder coordination, AI based recruiting software and interviewing models used for candidate evaluation.

• Seeking smart & gogetter individuals with a strong drive to achieve & excel and also manage the team.
• Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees, all while factoring in the longterm goals of an organization.
• Ensure that current employees are satisfied in their positions, and promote the company's brand through recruitment initiatives and events.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Compile lists of mostsuitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
