Job summary
This role involves conducting feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development model development establish and implement new or revised applications systems programs to meet specific business needs user areas Monitor control all phases of development process analysis design construction testing implementation provide user operational support on applications to business users Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development analyze complex problems issues provide evaluation business system industry standards make evaluative judgement Recommend develop security measures post implementation analysis business usage ensure successful system design functionality Consult with users clients other technology groups issues recommend advanced programming solutions install assist customer exposure systems Serve advisor coach new lower level analysts Has ability operate limited level direct supervision Can exercise independence judgement autonomy Acts SME senior stakeholders /or team members.
