Job description:

HR Operations for USA, Europe and other geographies:

Support employees and managers with complex transaction processing and life cycle event management (e.g. transfers, promotions, employment separations, etc.)

Provide continuous feedback to peers and management about internal employee service trends and opportunities for improvement

Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to affect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed

Provide superior customer service to employees and managers via our internal portal, and other channels

Provide guidance and advice to employees and managers on company's HR policies and procedures

Oversee the transaction processing and life cycle management (Leave Management, Compensation, Payroll) by coordinating with various internal stake holders

Candidate will be required to operate in the night shift to interact and support employees and respective onsite counterparts

The candidate will have an understanding of Global culture, laws, processes and statutes including benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, compensation.

Educational requirements: MBA(HR)

Technical requirements: Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Non-Technical requirements: Good communication and presentation skills
