- Conceptualize designs, conduct fittings, and work cross-functionally through the design process.
- Present seasonal concepts and prototype product presentations with effective communication skills.
- Create digital artworks and sketches using Adobe and Procreate.
- Knowledge of garment construction and fabrication.
- Currently pursuing or holding a Degree in Design (preferably from NIFT, NID, FIT-NYC, LCF/CSM-London).
- Proficiency in Procreate, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support.
- Detail-oriented approach to design execution and quality.
- Excellent management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
