Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of custom solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, a powerful customer relationship management (CRM) platform that enables organizations to manage their customer interactions, sales, marketing, and customer service activities more effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as business analysts, project managers, and other consultants, to ensure that the custom solutions meet the unique needs of our clients. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM will enable you to contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development and operations processes.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients to understand their unique needs and expectations
Design and configure custom solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including extensions, workflows, plugins, and custom entities, to meet the specific requirements of each client
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other consultants to ensure that the custom solutions are designed, implemented, and supported effectively
Develop and maintain user interfaces, such as forms, views, and reports, to ensure that they are aligned with the client's needs and expectations
Test, deploy, and support custom solutions in a production environment, ensuring that they are stable, secure, and performant
Train end users on the use of Dynamics 365 CRM and its custom solutions, and provide ongoing support to address any issues or questions that arise
Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant, with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM and its ecosystem
Experience with the analysis, design, implementation, and support of custom solutions for Dynamics 365 CRM, including extensions, workflows, plugins, and custom entities
Strong proficiency in user interface development, including forms, views, and reports
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess and address complex development and operations challenges
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM's built-in features, such as sales, marketing, and customer service
Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required
