    Job Overview

    We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Executive to join our team at Tesk Training Consultancy. As an Office Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and employees
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and training materials
    • Manage and maintain office filing systems and databases
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
    • Provide basic bookkeeping support, such as expense tracking and invoicing
    • Assist in the coordination of company events and workshops
    • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
