    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lending Partnership Manager to join our growing team.

    The Lending Partnership Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with financial institutions, lenders, and other key stakeholders.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the lending ecosystem, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth through partnerships.


    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and prioritize potential partnership opportunities within the lending industry, including financial institutions, lenders, credit unions, and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap to drive business growth and expand our lending offerings.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, decisionmakers, and influencers at partner organizations.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
    • Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams, including product development, marketing, legal, and compliance, to align partnership initiatives with company goals and objectives.
    • Monitor and track partnership performance, including key metrics such as revenue generation, loan volume, customer acquisition, and ROI.
    • Proactively identify areas for optimization and improvement within existing partnerships, and implement strategies to enhance partnership effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments affecting the lending market, and leverage insights to inform partnership strategies and initiatives.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness, foster relationships, and identify new partnership prospects.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on lending.
    • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and executing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.
    • Strong understanding of the lending ecosystem, including lending products, regulations, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, capable of identifying market opportunities and developing innovative partnership strategies.
    • Resultsoriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed partnership targets and objectives.
    • Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
