    Sugarfit is expanding rapidly across different cities of India and we are looking for experienced Data Scientists to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, backend engineers, and product managers to identify key healthcare challenges and develop AI-driven solutions.
    • Design, develop, and deploy predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical techniques to extract insights from complex healthcare datasets.
    • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within healthcare data.
    • Implement data preprocessing techniques to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.
    • Work on feature engineering and selection to optimize model performance and interpretability.
    • Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate on models to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
    • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and healthcare informatics, and incorporate relevant techniques into our solutions.
    • Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, reports, and presentations.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices for handling sensitive healthcare data.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience (4+ years) working as a Data Scientist
    • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
    • Expertise in machine learning techniques including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, natural language processing, etc.
    • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team environment.
