We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team and play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CNC machining processes and be able to optimize programs to ensure efficient production while maintaining high-quality standards.

1. Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, geometric tolerances, and dimensional specifications.
• Familiarity with a variety of CNC machines such as milling machines, lathes, and multi-axis machining centers.
• Experience with CAD software is a plus.

Requirements

• Interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and specifications to develop CNC programs.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feed rates for each machining operation.
• Write and modify CNC programs.
• Perform machine setups including tool changes, fixture setups, and workpiece alignment.
• Conduct trial runs to verify the accuracy of programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Optimize machining processes to improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and other team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of CNC programs, tooling configurations, and machining parameters.
