Lead and manage the implementation configuration and administration of Adobe Campaign Classic Admin Console Control Panel Campaign Setup Monitoring and Omnichannel Campaigns
Oversee Athena-based data workflows and integrations for campaign delivery Ensure campaign accuracy delivery performance and SLA adherence Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal analytics teams to translate campaign requirements into scalable technical solutions Drive continuous improvement in campaign efficiency through automation monitoring tools Manage cross-functional teams oversee project timelines ensure seamless execution Prepare high-quality presentations updates for client communication leadership reviews Drive continuous monitoring efficiency improvements best practices
