    Description

    JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Participation in requirement gathering phases toprovide time estimation to users needs.
    • To lead design andimplement overall solution architecture comprising the conceptualtechnical and physical aspects and code review
    • Responsible for review ofplan design and implementation of the overall solution architecturecomprising conceptual (functional and nonfunctional) technical andphysical architecture
    • Demonstrate Thought Leadership toward white spacesolutions
    • Provide system & applicationlevel solutionsframework & methodologies
    • Understand the customer requirementsto build/identify areas that need to be Proof ofconcept
    • Actively participate in POCs and present to thecustomer
    • Conduct research on service offerings markettrends industry analyst interactions
    • Provide architecturaloversight and guidance for RFPs and ongoing projectdeliveries
    • Expert with Javascript and ServiceNow JavascriptAPIs
    • Write/create custom business rules clientscripts; the script includes UI policies ACLs data policies UIscripts
    • Lead development effort of solutions in three (3)or more of the following specializations:
      • ServiceNow MainlineApplication(s) (ITSM ITBM CSM HR ITOM etc). Required KnowledgeManagement and Portal experience
    • Service Portal(HTML CSS AngularJS SASS Bootstrap)
    • Custom Application Development (ScopedApplications)
    • 3rd Party Integrations Development (REST SOAP MIDServers etc)
    • Attend requirements review and validationsessions as required
    • Participate in scrumceremonies
    • Deliver measurable positive results within theclient and teams timeline resulting in positive feedback fromclients
    • Build on current platform knowledge by learningnew modules and broadening skillset
    • Continue learning service deliverysolutions technologies and methodologies
    • Maintain professionalismand an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetingsand interactions
    • Uphold excellent time management andorganizational skills with an aptitude for creativeproblemsolving.
    • Remain innovative creative selfdirected a greatleader and team player with a record of accomplishment in managingmultiple complex tasks
    • Utilize strong communication presentation andwriting skills
    • Maintain current certifications keep up to dateon all Delta releases

    MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

    • Experience with WebTechnologies (XML HTML/CSS AJAX JavaScript Web Servicesetc.).
    • Experience and deep understanding of ServiceNowWorkflows and Flow Designer tools.
    • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow PortalKnowledge Management ITSM ITOM DevOps andSecOps.
    • Should have understanding of ServiceNow AI Searchfunctionalities
    • Should have understanding of ServiceNow NOWmobile app and configuration
    • Familiar with Virtual assistantchatbots integrations
    • Knowledge Articles creation and setup
    • Good understanding of ITILprocesses.
    • Good understanding of agile and hybrid ProjectManagement methodologies.
    • Knowledge of ServiceNow instancedesign and administration.
    • Experience in an enterpriseenvironment with multiple integration points.
    • Strong analytical skillsto identify problems and recommend solutions that meet businessrequirements.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills toeffectively collaborate with users stakeholders and teammembers.
    • Ability to work independently and take ownershipof projects.
    • Must be a team player to work with architectsplatform administrators and process owners.
    • Experience in ServiceNowadministration and development.
    • Handson development management anddeployment experience with ServiceNow.
    • Troubleshooting debuggingand problemsolving skills.
    • Must know tools like Excel Visio andother Microsoft products.

    KEY QUALIFICATIONS &EXPERIENCES:

    • At least 9/ years experience in developing andadministrating the ServiceNow Platform.
    • Bachelors degree incomputer science information systems or another related field (orequivalent work experience).
    • Broad exposure to IT infrastructureand application landscape ideally with technical depth in adiscipline/ITSM process.
    • JavaScript: 5 Years minimum.

    CertificationsPreferred:

    • ServiceNow certified Master Architect orCandidate is preferred
    • ServiceNow Admin and Developer certified in andworking experience at least two or more modules (KnowledgeManagement ServiceNow Portal ITSM CSM GRC HRSecOps)
