Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for Distribution and channel Sales, Conducting in-depth quantitative analysis to assist in sales planning, Overseeing and participating in sales pertinent projects as well as initiatives, Identifying key opportunities through analysis for enhancing the business, Developing and maintaining strong working relationship with field support & client services.
Responsible for driving the key strategies, builds key customer relationship, product positioning, tracking of growing segments.
Responsible for sales, order input and collection, Responsible to set targets and goals for area.
Proactive leader and planner with expertise in market plan execution, account management and sales efforts with skills in staffing and targeted marketing, Specialized in developing dealer network and deploying team to improve the sales, customer service levels and activation of trade and consumer schemes to maximize its benefits.
Excels in devising and implementing strategies for strengthening business operations and achieving pre-determined targets.
Responsible for Analyzing the performance of each category and devising strategy to attain a profitable inventory turnover.
Formulating strategies and managing sales & business development with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth.
Recommending relevant inventory management systems, processes & techniques for optimizing inventory at the warehouse level and assess optimum level at the distributor thus ensuring healthy ROI.
Executing in given time frame Proficient in running sales & marketing operations, increasing sales growth and driving sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals.
Hands-on experience in creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates
the high performance among the team members
Skilled in defining product/ channel marketing strategy, including development of channel sales activities in accordance with
overall business goals and objectives
Making stratege for long term business directions of the region to ensure maximum profitability in line with organisational objectives
An enterprising leader with skills in leading personnel towards accomplishment of common goals
Achieved budgeted target in terms of value & volume .
Setting sales targets for individual and team.
Recruiting & Training to the Team.
Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
Dealing with some major customer accounts.
Appointing Distributors based on strategic need & geographical coverage as per guidelines of organization.
Insuring Primary, Secondary & Planning for schemes as per Sales Condition.
NOTE - Candidate working with any leading Wire Company and looking after Channel Distribution sales
