We are looking for a Ice Cream Executivefor our restaurant in NanakramgudaHyderabad.We are looking for someone who ispassionate and innovative in the ice cream making. Can bring newand effective ideas to make icecreams.JobResponsibilities.Study workorders to understand the quantity and type of ice cream to bemanufactured each day.

• Ensure thatsufficient ingredients are available at the time ofproduction.
• Liaise with procurement managers orvendors to acquire ice cream mixes and otheringredients.
• Start ice cream manufacturingequipment and check it for optimalfunctioning.
• Mix ingredients such as icesherbets and custards in correct quantities to ensure that theyconform to set recipes.
• Pour all mixedingredients into manufacturing machines after setting the correcttemperature and time.
• Ensure that the processof ice cream manufacturing is run smoothly by constantly monitoringthe machinery.
• Remove ice cream from themachine by following strict removal procedures and ensure that itis placed in appropriate containers.
• Ascertainthat the taste and texture of each batch are in accordance with thestandards set.
• Store frozen ice cream inappropriate containers in designated refrigerationareas.
• Mold ice creams into different shapessuch as flowers and animals using mold forms andpaddles.
• Tint and decorate molded ice creamwith icing and toppings.
• Mix and cook toppingssuch as sauces and syrups to top icecreams.
• Handle inventory of supplies and ensurethat appropriate maintenance is performed on utensils and icecreammakingmachinery.
