    Description

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Builds the channel strategy for the key brands and customers in the Prestige Channel where to play and how to win
    • Defines the 6P's guidelines by channel to drive customer execution at point of sales.
    • Secures the budget and aligns the investment against the biggest growth opportunities and key strategic initiatives.
    • Participates actively in the S&OP process to provide input and build plans to close the monthly gaps against the Budget.
    • Participates in the JBP for the key customers to ensure the alignment inside the customer to the brand plans and channel strategies.
    • Works closely with the commercial effectiveness team to ensure the 6P's tracking process and relevant reports to measure
    the advances on the execution of the plan.

    • Supports the RGM team with periodical ROI and effectiveness evaluation on the key investments in the Prestige channel
    • Engage with senior C level key customers to present the strategic plan of the brands and channels to get customer
    • Works closely with the Regional Commercial Mgrs (RCM), Zonal Sales Mgrs (ZSM) and Brand Marketing team to facilitate the alignment towards the agreed goals.
    • Helps design mechanics, visual, budget the distribution plans for the key brand to reach the region /state objectives and support the customer developing team on the implementation.
    • Works closely with the Brand Ambassadors and provide execution updates to the team for necessary actions.
    • Monitors closely the market and competitive landscape to evaluate existing and upcoming opportunities/ challenges and provide handson Gemba insights to the stakeholders.
    • Monitors the distribution of POSM across state as per targets, timeliness and territory requirements.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Postgraduate in Business/Management program
    • Articulate, motivational leader that works closely with the sales team and customers
    • 810 years overall experience with 45 years of experience in commercial functions (sales, trade) in in Alcobev or relevant industries (FMCG)
    • Experience in commercial marketing is a must. Desirable experience in the Prestige / Luxury business
